TIRUPATI:
Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams has introduced QR code based feedback system to improve the delivery of various pilgrim services at Tirumala.
Pilgrims on a visit to Tirumala can now lodge their complaints and provide feedback on the TTD services through their WhatsApp by scanning the QR codes displayed in signages set up across the hill town. This digital initiative is part of TTD's continued commitment to providing a spiritually enriching and comfortable experience to all devotees.
The Tirupati trust, which has been depending on conventional methods for receiving pilgrim feedback on a bouquet of pilgrim services so far, has for the first time introduced a technology backed pilgrim feedback system at Tirumala.
After the TDP led NDA govt came to power in the state about ten months ago, Chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu directed the new TTD administration to streamline the delivery of pilgrim services in line with the sentiments and recommendations of the devotees.
Following the directions of the CM, TTD EO J Syamala Rao and Additional EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdary, mooted a series of measures to streamline various pilgrim services on offer to the devotees at Tirumala.
“Significant changes were brought in the overall quality, taste and distribution of various Annaprasadams served to the pilgrims, remarkable changes in the overall quality and taste of the sacred Tirupati Laddu prasadams, streamlining the accommodation allotment systems in a transparent manner to the devotees, improvised cloak room and free baggage collection and delivery services for the visiting devotees, simplified Darshan booking services through both the online and the current booking modes etc, were some of the notable changes brought about by the new TTD administration at Tirumala in the recent times”, TTD additional EO Ch Venkaiah Chowdary noted.
In order to further improve the pilgrim services at Tirumala by receiving the right feedback from the devotees, TTD has now introduced the QR code based feedback system on the hill town.
Pilgrims can now conveniently share their feedback by simply scanning QR codes placed at various locations across Tirumala and Tirupati. Upon scanning, they will be directed to a WhatsApp interface where they can submit their feedback in a few simple steps.
This initiative aims to improve transparency, service quality, and devotee satisfaction. TTD management will thoroughly review all feedback received and take necessary actions to address concerns and improve services.
