Vicky Kaushal recently shared insights about his favourite movies featuring his wife, Katrina Kaif, and how they first met before developing feelings for each other. The actor also revealed how he calmed her down at home using a famous dialogue from the movie 'Welcome'.
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Vicky responded to a fan’s question about which of her films he enjoys the most. He mentioned that he is particularly fond of 'Singh Is Kinng' and 'Welcome', calling them incredibly entertaining.
Speaking about Welcome, Vicky expressed his continued admiration for the movie and even admitted to playfully using one of Nana Patekar’s legendary dialogues at home. “Main toh kayi baar unko bhi bol deta hoon, kabhi kabhi kuch hota hai—‘Control Uday, Control’ (Whenever something happens, I sometimes tell her, ‘Control Uday, Control’),” he revealed.

During the same interaction, the 'Bad Newz' actor addressed being perceived as the “ideal son and husband.” Reflecting on this, he said that relationships grow stronger through continuous learning and effort. He also credited his family for shaping him into a better human being, which, in turn, helps him be a good husband, son, and more.

Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal tied the knot on December 9, 2021, in Rajasthan. The couple had been in a romantic relationship for a long time before getting married.
On the work front, Vicky Kaushal is gearing up for the release of his much-awaited historical action film, 'Chhaava', based on the life of Maratha king Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj. It is an adaptation of a Marathi novel by Shivaji Sawant. Directed by Laxman Utekar, the film also features Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna in key roles.
